In 2020-2021, IAA hosted a series of artist conversations designed to catalyze conversations on the boundaries of art and technology.
Led by curator, writer, educator and IAA Board Member Vanessa Chang, these conversations featured artists including:

— Emilia Tikka (Aalto University in Helsinki), Jennifer Parker (UC Santa Cruz) & Danielle Siembieda (Deputy Director of Leonardo/ISAST) in conversation around "Art & Biology”
— AR artists Nancy Baker Cahill, Taro Hattori, and Rodney Ewing in conversation around “Art & Activism” and the increasingly porous barrier between being a citizen and being an artist
